The Observer is a 2019 audiobook book about breaking free from your thoughts and emotions. The narrator, Meagan Naser, takes the listener on a journey of discovery and provides helpful strategies for overcoming those things that have become obstacles in life.

The Observer: A Modern Fable on Mastering Your Thoughts & Emotions is a modern fable about the life of a boy who has been trained to be in charge of his thoughts and emotions. The book's main character, Protagoras, has been taught that he can train these thoughts and emotions by reliving them in the form of stories. After this training, Protagoras discovers that he can take control of his life by being able to remember these stories instead of living them out.

The Observer is a story about someone who wants to be free of all the emotions that seem to run through his life like a tornado. The man builds himself a perfect and beautiful environment where he can live in peace, away from negativity. But as soon as he realizes how much he misses the world and those he loves, he starts to realize that there's more to life than what he's allowed himself to see.

Written by Todd Stottlemyre, The Observer is a story about Compassion and Focus. How to learn how to master your emotions, thoughts, and life-choices so you can be at peace with yourself. This audiobook is narrated by ['Meagan Karimi-Naser'].

This book was a good audiobook. The narration wasn't the best, but it was still enjoyable. I liked the lessons that Todd taught and how he ended this story with a suggestion of what to focus on in order to make change happen.
