I was curious about this audiobook as I love audiobooks and had never heard of this title. But, the synopsis really peaked my interest. It sounds like a good coming-of-age story, but with a twist. The narrator is the author's mom and she uses her voice to tell her daughter's story from when she was just 10 years old. It made me think about how much I would have loved to learn more about my own mom when I was younger and knew nothing yet.
