Breakfast at Tiffany's, a classic and sentimental novel by Truman Capote, was the perfect read to get me into the swing of 2019. I loved this audiobook and Emily Lawrence did an excellent job narrating it. The story is set in New York City and revolves around Holly Golightly (the protagonist) who is enduring a difficult time in her life - as her boyfriend breaks up with her. Immediately, she finds solace in the companionship of a "strange man" named Mr. Yunioshi, who is instantly captivated by Holly's beauty despite his own social status. When the wealthy playboy Paul Varjak gets jealous of their blossoming relationship, he sends his mistress over to rob Holly when she least expects it
