If you are looking for an audiobook to be by yourself and zone out, this book is the one for you. I found the book very intriguing and well told. This book tells the story of a Navy SEAL who has to overcome many obstacles in his career and personal life.

No Hero: The Evolution of a Navy SEAL is about my life as a Navy SEAL from the time I joined the military until 30 years after, when I retired. It's also about how my deeply held beliefs and rules for success were challenged by new ways of thinking in the late 20th century and early 21st century.

"No Hero" is a biography of Mark Owen, the now retired Navy SEAL turned author. The book is based off Owen's blog "No Hero," which was written from the perspective of Foley's non-fictional self in order to show how much of a struggle it is for many combat veterans to find a place in society after they leave Afghanistan and Iraq.
