In White City, Kevin Power uses his own experiences of the Irish boom to explore the ways in which Ireland's rapid economic growth was created.

This is an awesome, action-packed story of a rebellion against corruption in the dystopian future. The protagonist, Jack, is an honest cop who's been framed by his corrupt colleagues and sent to prison. He escapes with a group of other inmates and they start to rebuild what was once known as White City into something new and better. It's a great read that leaves you wanting more.
