One of the things that makes this book a great read is the fact that it's told from multiple perspectives. We get to see everything that happens through the eyes of Atticus, Granuaile, as well as Adam and Damh. This allows for better understanding of what's going on in every scene. The narration is also spectacular. Luke Daniels does a fantastically good job at voicing all these characters so they sound nothing like their real life counterparts.

When Atticus O'Sullivan is kidnapped by a trio of demons and the Order of the Black Sun, it's up to his feisty sidekick Bao to do something about it. The only problem is that she doesn't know anything about demonology - not even how to make a summoning spell. But there's one thing Bao does know: she needs help from her brother Fergus. Unfortunately, he's on a solo mission tracking down an ancient magical artifact in Tibet...

Curse your luck if you're the one with a head full of stuff, but that's exactly what happens to Atticus O'Sullivan who's beloved bookstore and safe haven is now under new management. With the Agnes Grey mystery back on the table, there are plenty of things that can be done to make the transition easier for Atticus and business seems fine. The fourth installment of the Iron Druid Chronicles is still a high-energy, mind-bending, and funny epic that's filled with plenty of zombies, druids, and shenanigans. Luke Daniels does an amazing job narrating this series for Audible.
