Thomas and the Enemy by Thomas E. Burrowes is a 19th century British historical novel about an orphan, born into slavery during the American Revolution, who becomes a soldier in the British Army. The novel was released on December 6th 2018 with narration by James Langton who has narrated many audiobooks that explore different aspects of history.
James Langton narrates this book superbly. His voice is clear and crisp, but not too manly. I was quite impressed with the narrator. The book is a very quick read, so if you're looking for a new audiobook to listen to tonight, this is your best bet.

James Langton does a commendable job reading the audiobook of Thomas. He has a very pleasant voice and is easy to listen to. The recording quality is fairly good, and the audio file is easily downloaded from Amazon.
