The Zero Game Free Audiobook Download by Brad Meltzer

If you have been following the political news of 2016, you have seen a lot of talk about "the zero game" and what it means. Brad Meltzer has written a book that tells the story of how Republicans used this term to describe the current political climate. The Zero Game is not meant to be a political book but rather a cautionary tale about the wild card in any game - the unpredictable variable that nobody can plan for or avoid.

When fifteen-year-old Mikey's parents are killed by a drunk driver, he and his sister, Alyssa, find themselves living with their distant uncle. When the man reveals that he's not really their uncle and proceeds to kidnap them for his own greedy ends, Mikey must learn how to survive in the wild of Florida. Brad Meltzer does an excellent job with this novel/novella. The narrator is Scott Brick--one of my favorite narrators--and I recommend this audiobook to anyone who enjoys thrillers and survival stories.

A man walks into a construction site and stops to watch as the workers are drilling into the ground. The work is going well, until a bolt falls out of the nearby crane. This sets off an uncontrollable chain reaction that causes the entire building to collapse, killing everyone inside.

Brad Meltzer has written and published 12 bestsellers. He also is a former detective and crime reporter for The Washington Post. The Zero Game, narrated by Scott Brick, is one of his novels. This book deals with the idea that Americans have developed Alzheimer's disease because we only remember what happened X years ago.

The Zero Game is a thriller about a Russian scientist who uses a game of chance to unlock the secret of America's forefathers and how it led to the events that created the United States.
