The Wrath of the Just Free Audiobook Download by Manel Loureiro
"What is this thing called mankind that makes us cruel and ignorant?" Manel Loureiro wrote in The Wrath of the Just. The audiobook will make you think about that too. It was beautifully narrated by Nick Podehl, who was able to bring the book to life with just his voice.
Manel Loureiro is a man who runs a bakery in Barcelona. His life is pleasant as long as he keeps to himself and his shop, but when he tries to assist a young man on the streets of Barcelona, his world takes an unexpected turn. A group of men who work for a local mafia boss reach out to him and convince him of the benefits of making certain sort of deliveries for them, but Manel doesn't believe that's where the arrangement will take him. As time goes on, Manel becomes increasingly more enthralled by it all, until one day he realizes that everything might not be what it seems at all.
Manel Loureiro is a young and successful forensic expert who works in the police laboratory. He shares his lab with a female colleague, Elena Montes. The two had found some blood on the interior wall of one of the rooms, and then they found a body hanging from that same room. Manel quickly concludes that this was done by one of their colleagues, Miguel Rodriguez. While Miguel Rodriguez had been morally bankrupt, he loved his wife and daughter very much.
Simon, an American in London, is feeling satisfied with his life. He's a millionaire and a successful entrepreneur. That is until he meets Leigha, the woman who changes everything for him. When Simon discovers that Leigha killed her husband, he is devastated by the revelation.
