The Shadows Between Us Free Audiobook Download by Tricia Levenseller

"Thanks for sharing your story, Caitlin," I said. "I really appreciate all the work you've done." "It's one of the best things I've ever accomplished," she said. "And it's so powerful to hear it read aloud by somebody who knows what I've gone through--who knows what these girls have gone through." "When did you first hear about this?" I asked her after a heavy pause. She shrugged. "I just started telling people about it when I saw that some of my friends were doing it, and then more people after that, and before you know it, there was a whole community online with products and stuff."

The Shadows Between Us is a love story between two teens. When it was released in 2009, it was met with a lot of controversy because the author, Tricia Levenseller, said that the book was a true account of her own struggles with self harm and depression. Caitlin Davies does an excellent job narrating this book on Audible and I would recommend anyone to buy this audiobook because of how well it is narrated.

A girl with scars across her arms and neck, as well as past memories of abuse, decides she would rather suffer in silence. When she is bitten by a vampire during a supernatural hospital visitation, however, she gets more than she bargained for.

The Shadows Between Us is a book about loss, grief and what it means to be part of a family. The main character, Julian, is coping with the death of his wife who dies shortly after having their twins. As he takes care of the twins by himself, he feels very disconnected from his own life.

Emory and her friends are forced to face their biggest fears about the people of their community because of a vicious crime. The three girls have to decide what to do when a popular boy from the other side of town is implicated in the killing.

When you find yourself stuck in a situation you can't seem to escape, sometimes the only way to move forward is by revisiting the past. That's how 18-year-old Malorie Morgan begins her sophomore year of high school when an accident on her first day of school leaves her with a broken arm. Her doctor then informs Malorie that as she heals, she'll have to stay in the hospital for six weeks and misses the beginning of the school year -- and that means missing her basketball tryouts.
