However, their camping trip turns out to be anything but normal since they're attacked by mysterious beasts known as the Darkling creatures from another dimension. They soon realize that these creatures are responsible for murders, kidnappings, and all other kinds of violence and terrorizing in their world. As the girls struggle to understand what's going on and figure out how to stop it, they must also deal with their own dark pasts as well as their present day problems
