The Railwalkers Free Audiobook Download by Ruth Hanson
This audiobook tells the story of a woman who has returned home to her small town in New England after many years in Europe. The Railwalkers by Ruth Hanson is a mystery book that takes place during the winter time, and it is narrated by the main character.
The Railwalkers was a good audiobook. The main character, Ruth Hanson, is a character that can be related to and understood. She is not the perfect protagonist, but the narrator Raquel Beattie made Ruth interesting enough that I wanted to finish this book.
You probably know the story of The Railwalkers, but do you know what it's about? Well, for starters, it's about a young woman who learns that she is to be married off to some Spanish king. When her father tells her this, a rebellious streak ignites in her and she runs away from home. It only gets worse when she falls in love with the king's son! What happens next will keep you on the edge of your seat as you travel through the pages of this audiobook.
The Railwalkers by Ruth Hanson is one of my favorite books of all time. This book is set in the early 1900's and tells the story of two girls that work on a rail line. They have adventures and meet different people along the way. The Railwalkers not only has a great plot, but it is also very entertaining.
"Ruth Hanson's The Railwalkers is a thrilling, insightful, and thought-provoking page turner. It has all the elements of a great mystery novel: intrigue, suspense, clever writing, a compelling protagonist."
Women in America have been fighting for their rights for many years, and this audiobook was written to provide insight for their fight. It tells the story of Harriet Tubman, a black American woman who made sure that slavery ended. One of the main things she did was help people escape from slavery by shepherding them across the border into Canada. This audiobook is about a young African American girl who has been forced into slavery. She must struggle to fight against her captor and make it to freedom on her own.
