This is a suspenseful audiobook with both suspenseful and romantic elements. I love the narration and audio quality. There are just so many great parts of this audiobook that it's impossible to pick out only one favorite part. It makes me feel like I'm watching an old movie, but still feeling modern enough that there's always something happening in the story.

It tells the story of twenty-five-year-old Rebecca who, after the death of her husband, makes the decision to join him in death by leaping off a mountain peak in Italy. But what starts out as an impulsive act transforms into something much more horrifying when she wakes up in 1578 and realizes that she has no memory of what happened before the fall.
