"The Keep" is a moving novel about a young woman's coming of age during the tumultuous 1960s. It follows her struggle to get out from under her domineering, alcoholic father's control.

"The Keep" is a haunting novel about two sisters and their lives of the past. The story begins with the narrator's first-person account at a remote summer cottage in rural New England. A woman, who we later come to know as Kate Drummond, has been ejected from her family home in Chicago after her mother passes away. Kate returns to her hometown for a long-delayed visit only to find that she cannot access the money left to her by her mother. Instead of taking what she thought would be enough to make some new beginning, to leave behind all of the pain and suffering, she must stay with her sister Julia who is slowly dying from cancer while they both live in squalor on their family estate.

The Keep was published in January of last year, and it is one of the most complicated books I have ever read. As someone who loves the genre of mystery, I wanted to know the answers found by Anna in her quest. I was intrigued with how this book would end because it seems like there are so many turns and twists. The audiobook version adds another layer of storytelling as you can hear both Anna's thoughts and Gurner's as if they were singing them to you.

"The Keep" is a chilling and haunting tale about the fallout of a seventeenth century witch trial in Massachusetts. Focusing on the trials of three women, the story illuminates how myth and truth can be induced by society at large to create false memories that distort reality.

"The Keep" is a novel written by Jennifer Egan, published in 2009. The story takes place over three days during which the protagonist, Deni, wakes up to find a ghostly figure standing at the foot of her bed. As she drags herself out of bed and walks down the hall to check on her son, she discovers that the entire family has been possessed and turned into ghosts. As she looks for clues to what has happened, she begins to explore their new reality while attempting to keep herself and her son afloat.

The Keep is a story about Nick, an Iowa boy who follows his brother the narrator, Genevieve, to New York City after the death of their father. When they arrive, they discover that their apartment has been kept in pristine condition by a strange woman named The Keeper. Finding out that this woman has been taking over the lives of people around them and preventing them from moving on, Nick and Genevieve start to take over her life.
