The Inn At Eagle Point Free Audiobook Download by Sherryl Woods

"I loved this book! It's a gripping, suspenseful story that flips back and forth between the past and present."

As a child, Erin Bennett was taken from her parents and put into foster care. Fortunately for her, the foster parents who took her in were kind and nurturing which led to an amazing childhood. At age sixteen, Erin's life was turned upside down again when she discovered that she was adopted. She knew if everything she had believed about herself was wrong then she could be nothing more than a statistic of the foster care system. When the opportunity for adoption came up again, this time by marrying a wealthy man with three children Erin jumped at the chance. Little did Erin know that this would lead to even greater challenges in her life as she struggles with how to be both wife and mother to three children under one roof.

Desperate to get away from her busy life in Chicago, Erin Bennett heads to the small town of Eagle Point, Oregon. When she arrives, she finds herself working in the Inn at Eagle Point, run by the enchanting and spirited Maggie Sutton. Despite their opposing personalities, they are kindred spirits-both passionate about the healing powers of nature and content with a slower pace of life. As Erin settles into her new home in this picturesque little town--soothing sandstone cliffs that line the town's main road and a river running through it--she finds herself drawn closer to Maggie.

The Inn At Eagle Point is the second book in the series of novels by Sherryl Wood's. Erin Bennett does a fantastic job narrating this story and bringing the characters to life. The Inn at Eagle Point is about five women who are all helping each other to recover from their pasts.

Most people know Sherryl Woods for her romantic suspense novels. This audiobook is a different genre, but one that she seems to be tackling very well. The story is about two women who run the Inn at Eagle Point. They've known each other their entire lives and enjoyed a close friendship, until now when one of them has an affair with her husband's best friend and takes over the inn herself. How these two friends cope with all they've been through is an interesting read that left me emotionally drained at the end.
