With characters that are so relatable, a heart-wrenching plot, and the perfect amount of suspense to keep the reader on edge of their seat, this book hooked me instantly. The Husband's Secret was not as interesting. While it seemed like it would be another great read, the story lacked the engaging character development and suspenseful plot that made The Wife's Secret so enthralling. I found myself listening to chapters and chapters at once while only sitting through 2 hours of reading.
