In The Demonologist, Andrew Pyper tells the story of Dr. Arthur Ransome, a demonologist. This sounds like a boring book by itself, but the audiobook narrator is John Bedford Lloyd. He starts out a little slow, but he gets going when he's describing the chases that happen through London and to Wales. There are also good moments when he describes how Dr. Ransome thinks and what he sees in his mind's eye as demons fight their way through London streets with their sharp wings and fiery eyes.
