As the title suggests, The Book of Lost Things is about a young boy named Roland who finds an unusual book and starts reading it. He soon realizes that this book is not a simple story but has the power to make you fall asleep and then wake up in an alternate world. There are creatures in this other world, some good and some bad, which change depending on what happens in our real life. Our protagonist has to fight for his life in both worlds as he tries to figure out where he belongs and if he will be able to go back home.
