The Attic on Queen Street Free Audiobook Download by Karen White

Aimée Bruneau is a new narrator for me and I enjoyed her performance. This audiobook is about a young woman who moves to Toronto in order to find her mother, who has been missing for ten years. The beginning of the book can be a little confusing with it jumping back and forth between past and present, but I appreciated how different the perspectives were.

's newest audiobook has arrived, The Attic on Queen Street. This is the story of a young girl and her journey through a mysterious house. 'Aimée Bruneau' is the narrator of the audiobook. She has a voice that makes the story feel alive and this makes it even more enjoyable to listen to.

The Attic on Queen Street is a novel that follows the lives of two women, Claudine and Evalie, in Montreal. While working as a maid at Park House, they meet one day while cleaning out the attic. To their surprise, they find a diary and decide to share it with one another.

"This is a story about the secrets, that thrive in the shadows of our normal lives." So begins the audiobook for "The Attic on Queen Street" by Karen White. The book is a dark and unsettling tale that takes place in the U.K., where four children are sent to live with their grandparents following their parents' death. They soon realize they're not alone in their home, and that there may be more going on than they know. Narrated by Aimée Bruneau, you will hear her voice throughout this book as she introduces us to her characters and their unique experiences during this time of grief and confusion.

Karen White's novel is a story of two women: Gwen and Flora. Gwen has just moved to Montreal with her son after the death of her husband and she's been struggling to find work as an artist while raising her son on a low income. Meanwhile, Flora is a woman in the next apartment who becomes entangled in their lives when she decides to move into The Attic on Queen Street. She starts out as an interested outsider, but eventually worms her way into the heart of Gwen and her son.

Elegant, suspenseful and imaginative. The audiobook is narrated by an actress who sounds like she can easily become the heroine of her own novel, which would be no surprise given that the book is a thriller set in Paris. In The Attic on Queen Street, Ms. Bruneau delivers all the poignancy, action and mystery you'd expect from a good suspenseful tale.
