Suspicious Minds Free Audiobook Download by David Mark
Suspicious Minds is a great way to learn about the many ways society influences how we think and feel.
David Mark's new book Suspicious Minds is a lively and humorous exploration of the cognitive biases—such as confirmation bias, that we all experience. In this audiobook, you will hear about famous people and their "creative" ways of thinking. Mark has built a successful career by creating strategies for high-performing organizations to deal with these biases.
David Mark's book is about the rise of a new generation of intelligent yet suspicious minds, who may be trying to replace us. Our world has been changed by technology, by the internet, and by social media--and our brains are changing right along with it. The difference between this new generation and ourselves is that they're much more socially adept than we were at their age--they're good at being invisible yet visible at once. They're able to see through our games and tricks, they know how to manipulate us while we think we're in control.
Suspicious Minds is the gripping, informative and insightful tale of David Mark, a celebrated journalist and his search for the truth behind one of the most notorious scandals in recent history. A perfect introduction to U.K. Politics, this audiobook download features a comprehensive analysis of Britain's tabloid newspapers with their infamous obsession with celebrity breakups, while maintaining an empathetic tone.
Suspicious Minds is a story of two FBI agents and their struggle to prevent a mass shooting. The narrator is Amy Scanlan, who does an excellent job with the more action-packed parts of the novel. At times, I found it difficult to differentiate between the two characters, but that's not really a fault of the book itself. Suspicious Minds gives readers a unique perspective into how terrorism is complicated and difficult to stop.
The author, David Mark has a way of making the reader feel like they're right there. They can hear everything he's saying and they can almost sense what the characters are going through. Even though it's not the most beautifully written book, it was still very interesting to listen to and I would definitely recommend this audiobook to anyone who likes suspenseful thrillers.
