Stolen Princess Free Audiobook Download by Nikki Jefford

Nikki Jefford's newest novel, "Stolen Princess," is a well-written story about a mercurial young girl who discovers that her life is not what it seems. There are many twists and turns in this fast-paced book and I was kept guessing until the last pages of the book. The audio version was well done. 'Em Eldridge performed exceptionally, capturing the flavor and whimsy of Nikki Jefford's writing perfectly.

The audiobook narrator, Em Eldridge, does a great job of capturing the emotions that the protagonist goes through during the book. The protagonist is a young girl who has just lost her mother in a car accident and is now living with her father who doesn't have time for her. As a result, she spends most of her days on an online gaming program while playing on a hoverboard. One day, she meets a mysterious stranger in the game and from there begins to learn about herself.

Stolen Princess is a good book for people that are into fairytales. This audiobook has a collection of stories from different cultures and countries. The narrator will help you learn about the culture as well as speak in the language of the story. The narrator also includes illustrations throughout the story that helps keep your focus while listening to what is going on.

The princess, who we don't know if she's named or not, is taken by a group of bandits that fly through the sky and kidnap her. The bandits are led by a man named Sun-Wu who says that he wants to marry her and become king/queen. They have been doing this for centuries and nobody has stopped them yet. Sun-Wu wants to make sure that no one interrupts his mating ritual before he gets crowned.

Princess Samira is kidnapped from the caves where she was hidden away. Her captor is a ruthless man named [King Mab]. King Mab has his son, Prince Ben, steal her and bring her to the castle. There she meets Prince Talio and Princess Erinina. The girls try to escape but are caught by a guard and taken back to the castle.

When you think about the idea of a princess, what do you imagine? A beautiful woman in an elaborate dress with a crown on her head and a castle under her feet. That's because that's how Disney has told us to picture them. But what if your story was different, what if it was more like Cinderella? Would that change how you felt about the princess archetype?
