Connilyn Cossette has provided us with an audiobook that is not only filled with action, but also with emotion. This story takes place in the distant future where Earth is no longer inhabitable. Our protagonist, Kara, who lives on the colony ship, never thought she would be forced to leave her home for the stars. Her parents and siblings are now living on another planet and she must decide whether to go or stay. The author does a great job of giving us new perspectives of society through Kara's eyes as well as her father's military perspective.
