Garth Nix's Sabriel book is a coming-of-age story of what it means to be human and the trials and tribulations that come with it. The main protagonist, Sabriel, must overcome many obstacles while trying to raise her father's necromancer powers before the end of her life. However, there are moments where I felt like the narrator got too carried away with his accent and voice. His voice sounds like Tim Curry's which was great until he did a high pitched laugh at one point.
