Paris Match by Stuart Woods is a thriller that takes place in the world of horse racing. The protagonist, Jerry, visits France to attend a horse race and meets a colorful cast of characters with their own secrets.

The narrator is Tony Roberts, who does a really good job for this book. He has a great voice for the story, and there are some really good accents that come through in his voice. I enjoyed listening to this audiobook and am happy with how it turned out.

Tony Roberts narrates this audiobook in a very convincing Irish accent. He does differentiate his voices for the different characters. This is a smart audiobook in that it makes use of multiple points of view, which is rare. The primary point of view is a wrenched up cop who was caught up in an explosion last year and has been on leave ever since. The secondary point of view is an investigative reporter at the newspaper where he used to work. This would be an excellent audiobook for anyone looking to get into mystery novels or those who might like crime fiction with more twists than what they typically expect from the genre.
