Paradox Free Audiobook Download by Catherine Coulter

When the body count rises, with victims and suspect alike turning up dead in the search for an elusive serial killer, NYPD homicide detective Kate Callahan is in over her head. The girl-next-door rookie has just become one of New York City's youngest female detectives, but she's not ready for the level of violence this case presents.

There are many different versions of the story about children who live in a black and white world. One tells the story of how Pandora opened a box, unleashing all manner of evils on the world. Another tells of Prometheus, who brought fire to humanity, being punished by Zeus for his defiance. The third is of King Midas and his golden touch that turned everything he touched into gold.

'Renee Raudman' is truly a delight to listen to. Her voice is warm and soothing with a perfect, nuanced pacing. This narration is perfect for all those moments of doubt while you're reading the book, it's perfect for getting lost in the story. The narration by 'MacLeod Andrews' is more uneven and sometimes her voice slips into an Irish accent, which I found jarring. However, this narration is also more suitable for when you're reading the book at night when you want to enjoy it without distractions.

Catherine Coulter has written a fast paced suspense thriller that manages to keep the reader engaged right up until the last page. The story started off with the protagonist, Sara Linton, taking her daughter out on a walk near their house in rural Vermont. They are out walking when they come across a young boy whose backpack is missing. He begs them to help him find his backpack and then disappears into the woods. A short time later Sara and her daughter receive an unexpected call from a friend telling them about all of the recent murders happening in their community and how she knows of one person who may be connected to these crimes-Sara's husband, FBI agent Sean Linton.

'Renee Raudman' is the narrator of this renowned mystery thriller. 'MacLeod Andrews' narrates this suspenseful audiobook to help you increase your reading skills. This audio-book would be a great addition to the collection of the reader.
