Ordinary Grace Free Audiobook Download by William Kent Krueger
Ordinary Grace is a terrific novel. I liked the story and I loved the audiobook. It was one of the best audiobooks that I have ever listened to, which is saying something given my tastes in audiobooks. The narrator, Rich Orlow, was fantastic, and he totally made this a stellar listen.
Ordinary Grace is the gripping story of William Kent Krueger's youngest son and the struggle for survival that takes place in a small North Dakota town during the winter of 1973.
Ordinary Grace is a powerful novel about the subtle, often unspoken ways that life shatters when there's nothing left to fight for. You won't be able to put it down once you start listening.
This is a book of poetry, prose and short stories from the perspective of an African-American man who has struggled with addiction. His struggles are described in detail to illustrate the high price of addiction and how it affects not only the abuser but also the victim. The narrator describes his first attempts at recovery by attending meetings, going to detox centers and staying clean through prayer.
