He also discusses murder by the government like with Guantanamo Bay and other secret prisons around the world. There are many topics that are brought up in this book that I never thought of before and A.L. Herbert has written an excellent book that can provide many different perspectives on the topic.

In his debut novel, A.L. Herbert has created a darkly comic story about a young man who falls for the woman of his dreams only to have her be murdered when he tries to reach out to her. The narrator, Janina Edwards, is a tough-talking lady and she often provides comic relief throughout the book. Murder with Collard Greens and Hot Sauce is a well-written tale that has you sitting at the edge of your seat while laughing out loud because it is so funny.
