Lightning Free Audiobook Download by Dean Koontz

Dean Koontz's work is more than just a good read. It's an experience that you're not likely to forget. One of the great things about his books is the powerful reading of them. There are few authors that can bring as much emotion and intensity as Koontz does to his writing, and Christopher Lane always does a fantastic job of doing so.

There is a storm brewing, a storm of madness and greed that has been building for decades. It is a storm that will not blow itself out, no matter how high the cost may be to innocent lives...or even human ones.

'Christopher Lane', the narrator, is a jaded, disillusioned Los Angeles reporter. His best friend is dead and he's been fired from his newspaper job. In an effort to find something meaningful in life, Chris goes on a quest for the truth where he finds himself immersed in a world of suspenseful and terrifying events.

The audio book of Lightning was narrated by Christopher Lane, who does an excellent job of narrating the story. The narration is full of emotion and has added depth to the work that makes it an even more powerful story. Other elements of audio books are not included in this audiobook download but still make for a good listen.

Lightning is the last book in the Darkfall series, and it's a doozie. Although I really enjoyed the previous two books of this trilogy, I think that Lightning is where Dean Koontz starts to really step up his game. This was my first audiobook experience and it was amazing! The narrator's voice was so captivating, I had trouble putting the book down. His voice helped bring the characters to life and made me feel like they were right there with me on my commute or during a workout. It felt like it was just me with Christopher Lane as he narrated our adventure through Lightning Day.
