This is a great audiobook that is narrated by Emily Woo Zeller. The book tells the story of an American woman who goes to China in the late 1800s and has a love affair with Chinese literature and characters. It's written from both perspectives, one from the female narrator and another from the male narrator, which creates a unique take on this historical romance.

A time-traveling story of self-discovery, Light Years from Home follows the journey of a young woman named Alex as she travels back to the year she was born and forward in time to when she's a grandmother.
