Leap Free Audiobook Download by Michael C. Grumley
I was given the opportunity to listen to the audiobook for Michael Grumley's book 'Leap' and I am very impressed. This is a fantastic story about one man's rise from the most dire circumstances to become successful in his career and still find time for his family.
A fast paced, action packed novel where a man and woman must survive their first day in a maximum security prison.
[Scott Brick]'s performance as narrator is a perfect fit for this story. The pace is gripping, the writing is unpretentious, and Scott's voice exudes authority when appropriate and compassion when it was needed.
Michael Grumley, author of the best-selling novel Leap, has written a real-life thriller set in rural America. Scott Brick's narration makes it easy to follow along as protagonist Billy Mayhew battles the FBI, a mysterious religious cult, and his own demons in pursuit of the truth about what happened on Leap Day.
This audiobook is about a man named Arthur who is suffering from depression and a heart condition. As he's about to die, he discovers hope when his doctor inserts an experimental drug into his heart. The drug enables him to be aware of events that are happening in the outside world and allows him to leap into the future.
Aspiring author Michael Grumley is trying to find a way out of his poverty-stricken life when he meets the enigmatic, wealthy Winifred. As they embark on a passionate relationship, their lives are forever changed.
