Illuminae is an incredible novel that tells the story of a girl named Kata and her ex-boyfriend/crush, Nik. It's also told in multiple narrators with each chapter being in a different narrator's perspective, which was so cool. I loved seeing all the different perspectives of all the characters and would recommend this book to any reader who likes dystopian novels or sci-fi.

After the first book in the series, I had a blast of reading Illuminae by Jay Kristoff and Amie Kaufman. The audiobook is narrated by Kimberley Farr, Lincoln Hoppe, Sile Bermingham, Emma Bering, Ryan Gesell, Beata Pozniak, Matthew Frow, Jolene Kim, Donnabella Mortel and Olivia Taylor Dudley. The audio was narrated with an appropriate amount of suspense that kept me on edge listening to it. I listened to the books while driving when they were being released so nearly got into car accidents because my attention was so focused on this book's narrators.
