The audiobook for I'll Give You the Sun was very well-done, as all audiobooks are, but it also had something extra with the narrators Julia Whelan and Jesse Bernstein who switched off narrating every chapter. The alternating voices made the story more gripping and dynamic; it makes you feel more in tune with the characters.

"I'll Give You the Sun" is a young adult novel by Jandy Nelson. The story follows two teenagers with very different backgrounds, but who develop a unique relationship as they bond over their shared love of music and drawing. One day, however, everything changes when they are ripped apart by tragedy, only to be thrown back together in the wake of the emotional upheaval that ensues.

I'll Give You the Sun is a book about two siblings, Jude and Noah. They live in a house built on an island which is created from an unfinished building project. As well as being twins, they are connected to each other through this project. When Jude discovers she has a terminal illness that will prevent her from completing the building, she gives up on life and becomes a recluse until one day Noah comes back into the picture.

The novel is about the twins Noah and Jude, whose lives are intertwined in unusual ways. Noah is gay and struggles with his father who disapproves of his sexuality while Jude, who has Huntington's disease, wants to go to college despite the doctor's warning that he will die eventually. The story starts when they're ten years old and ends shortly before their eighteenth birthday.
