It's been a long time since I've been able to escape into the hideaway of a book and lose myself in its story. The authors writing style always keeps me on the edge of my seat, and the story never lets up.

Hideaway is a suspenseful and heart-pounding thriller with plenty of twists and turns. It's definitely one of the author's better books.
Hideaway is a suspenseful thriller in which a successful author, with a loving family and good friends, finds himself falling into the hands of kidnappers who want him to finish his next big book. The story is set in New York City and moves back in forth between our protagonist's experiences during his kidnapping and what is happening to his wife and children as they try to figure out where he has been taken, why he was targeted, how long he can survive until they find him.
