Before I read the book, I thought that it was going to be another cookie-cutter chick lit story. If you are looking for a fun, fluffy story with a happy ending, this is not the one for you. This book is not just about finding love and getting your heart mended.

Hidden Bodies: (A You Novel) is a gripping novel about Joe, an obsessive-compulsive salesman who gets meet the woman of his dreams online and falls in love with her. But when he begins to learn more about her, he starts to see the real person behind the profile picture that she's made herself look like. This is where things start to get complicated.

Caroline Kepnes is the author of "You" a novel that's been turned into a movie starring debutant actress, Kristen Stewart. The plot focuses on the protagonist, Beckweather Montague who becomes obsessed with another woman and uses every trick in the book to seduce her only to find that her mark isn't as mundane as she had thought. As readers are drawn deeper and deeper into this psychological thriller, they begin to question whether the story is real or if it's all just a game.

This is a great book to listen to after you're done with reading 'The Girl On The Train'. Santino Fontana does an amazing job and it was so hard for me to listen to this book by myself. There's also a nice twist at the end that I won't spoil but it'll have you on the edge of your seat trying to figure out what happens next.

The novel centers on a stalking victim who uses a new found ability to explore her past and present relationships with people in her life. The protagonist's mind provides an interesting perspective on how well she knows herself, which gives this psychological thriller some real insight into how other people view relationships.
