The human protagonist is saved by an alien and believes that maybe things have changed for the better.

In this world, people are born and die within hours because of too much radiation. But something amazing happens when Dust wakes up as he is immune to all forms of radiation. He gains the ability to cleanse people of their radiation and restore them to health. With this newfound power, Dust sets out on the journey of making people safe from the deadly effects of radiation.
