J. Charles has narrated many of Clive Cussler's books, and I was a little disappointed with this one. There are so many changes in the characterizations of some of the characters from the previous book, which takes away from the enjoyment that I would normally have in listening to it. The narration is perfect for Clive Cussler's style, but it's hard to enjoy when you've been used to reading his books and hearing them all read by someone else

If you're looking for a story that's as suspenseful of a thriller as it is interesting, then I recommend "The Golden Buddha". The story stars Clive Cussler and Dirk Pitt, who share an exciting adventure to find the Golden Buddha. This is the first time that these two characters have shared a book, but their chemistry makes for an incredible read. One of my favorite parts about this audiobook is that it's narrated by J. Charles himself!
