Fantasy in Death Free Audiobook Download by J. D. Robb

A little known fact about "Fantasy in Death" is that the audiobook was narrated by a woman. That's Susan Ericksen, who's become my favorite narrator ever. She has the perfect voice for Eve and Roarke--a deep, rich tone on their voices and the perfect amount of emotion in her words.

Fantasy in Death, the 20th book in J.D. Robb's 'In Death' series, is a stellar example of how to write and deliver a gripping audiobook. The story begins with Eve Dallas as she and Roarke are on a plane to Las Vegas – they are off to witness the opening of a new casino, which happens to be owned by one of Eve's friends.

The main character of this book is Eve Dallas, a New York City homicide detective. She's tough, streetwise and works cases in which the bodies are arranged like art. When her latest case takes an unusual turn and she finds herself drawn into the dark underworld of sex fantasies, she has to find out who killed the victims and why.

If you are a fan of the "In Death" series by J. D. Robb, but you can't read due to your visual impairment, then this audio book is for you! "Fantasy in Death" is narrated by Susan Ericksen who has a very soft voice that really makes the audiobook come alive.

"No matter how hard I try, no matter what I do, I just can't seem to get away from it. It's an obsession, a compulsion." "People can be so cruel," she said. "The way they dress me up and parade me around before sending me back home."

There are four novels in the In Death series, with one released each year. The first two were narrated by Mary Jane Maffei and Clare Kramer, respectively. With the release of book three, the narration was switched to Susan Ericksen.
