Dishonorable Intentions Free Audiobook Download by Stuart Woods

I'm a big fan of Stuart Woods, but in this book he writes that if it doesn't work, you go on to the next. I found myself mad at his characters for all the trouble caused by their actions and at the author for being so careless.

Stuart Woods is known for his suspenseful novels about the Blackthorne clan. If you are in the mood for a good mystery, check out the audiobook version of this book by Tony Roberts.

Dishonorable Intentions is the fifth book in Stuart Woods's 'series of the same name'. In this installment of the series, Jack Morgan has just argued a case before the Supreme Court and is returning to his Kentucky hometown. While he's packing his bags, he receives an urgent call from a friend of his late partner Harry Markham. Someone has murdered Markham and Markham's daughter (who was pregnant with Harry's grandchild) is missing. With no leads on their investigation, Jack and his team decide to put together all the loose threads back to locate Lily. As Jack and his team follow each lead, they uncover corruption that stems from everything from the prison system to politics.

In the middle of complicated family affairs, a dead teenage girl surfaces--and is quickly identified as the daughter of a state senator running for governor. Now, with everything he's been working toward on the line, state attorney Stuart Woods finds himself in way over his head.

A couple of weeks ago, I downloaded the audiobook version of Dishonorable Intentions by Stuart Woods. When I first started listening, I was immediately drawn in by the narrator's voice. The story begins with a retired FBI agent who has some very specific plans to set his daughter up for life - but things don't quite go as planned. Things get even more complicated when he starts seeing a woman who's investigating the same case and is trying to help her daughter out. They end up working together to solve the mystery and try to put everything back together again at the end of it all.
