Disappearing Earth: A novel Free Audiobook Download by Julia Phillips

In Disappearing Earth by Julia Phillips, a civilization begins to disappear from the planet. The people have mysteriously disappeared and have left behind their gadgets and technologies. Ilyana Kadushin narrates this story of chaos as it unfolds.

"Lily, the protagonist of Disappearing Earth, is a young woman with a passion for writing, who wants to tell the story of what happens when humans disappear from Earth. Her father was among those who disappeared, and Lily's journalist parents are unable to find any answers. As they struggle with her questions, she's forced to reconsider her own identity."

This audiobook has a different feel than the other novels I've listened to. The narrator, Ilyana Kadushin, has a very unique voice that makes this thick novel seem much lighter than it actually is.

Julia Phillips made an excellent debut with Disappearing Earth, a novel narrated by Ilyana Kadushin. The story is modern and fast-paced, but the protagonist has interesting flaws that make her seem human.
