Day of War is a powerful, deeply moving historical novel about one man's journey from Russia to America during the early twentieth century. The narrator, Stefan Rudnicki, masterfully creates a new identity for each character and brings them to life. He portrays his characters' vulnerabilities and strengths with such precision that one feels they are living the story along with him.

Day of War is a book about World War II told from the perspective of one of the German generals. It's a gritty novel about war, loss, and sacrifice. Its protagonist, Colonel Werner von Luft, witnesses Germany fall to ruin as he attempts to keep his military forces intact with little help from the Wehrmacht's hierarchy. As with any war novel, it's difficult to read at times because of the many casualties that take place in the text. For example, one passage describes von Luft walking through the ruins of Berlin with "the blood-soaked pavement slippery beneath his boots." There is not much going on that moment; however, if you've been reading this blog for awhile then you know how much I love my

Day of War depicts the lives of three young men who volunteer to fight alongside the United States in World War I. As they work together with their regiment, they begin to see the sheer evil and absurdity of war, as well as its inevitable futility.

Day of War is a science-fiction novel about an Earth on the verge of war with its own moon, which is inhabited by the descendants of a group of scientists who created the device that allowed us to colonize and inhabit other worlds. The sudden appearance of a new and very intelligent species in the Moon's orbit leaves Earthlings, who are still struggling with their first steps into interplanetary colonization, with no other option but to fight for their survival. The narrator does an amazing job bringing each character alive. I also loved how he made each new sound or attack sound overwhelming and suspenseful.

Day of War is a science fiction novel by Cliff Graham. It is the third installment in the "Day" series, which started with "Day One". The main protagonist of this story is Max Stone, who takes on a mission to destroy an alien wormhole in Earth's orbit. Day of War by Cliff Graham is a story of suspense and intrigue. The author tells the tale from the point of view of Josh Hamilton, an American reporter living in Europe during World War II. Hamilton's assignment has been to cover the assassination of Adolf Hitler, but as he starts investigating, he finds that there is much more going on than meets the eye. The narrator uses many techniques to create tension and momentum in the story - including changing his voice to sound younger when transitioning into a different character or speaking aloud when it reflects before-and-after events which are happening outside of the narrative.
