Cottage by the Sea: A Novel Free Audiobook Download by Debbie Macomber

One day, a new cottage was built on the beach next to Hannah's family's summer home. The cottage was modern and luxurious, with a hot tub and pool right on the sand. It became their place to go when they wanted to get away from it all. Then, just as quickly as it appeared, the cottage disappeared--with nothing left behind but a board that read: "Please call the Department of Homeland Security."

"She's just not the same," he said. "She's lost weight, she doesn't smile the same way, and she's no longer her old bubbly self."

After the death of their young son, Abby and Jack take a trip to the Canadian wilderness in hopes of getting away from the sadness. They take a cottage by the sea hoping for peace and tranquility. However, when they arrive at their cottage, Abby is given a note that says their home will be destroyed if they don't vacate it immediately. From this point on things become more complicated for them as they struggle through their own grief, as well as with how to deal with moving on.

Cottage by the Sea is about two women, Natalie and Susan, who have been friends since childhood. When they are adults in their mid-thirties, fate throws them together when they discover they inherited a cottage near the beach. The novel follows their subsequent lives as they each struggle with careers, relationships and family.

In the fall of 1963, a young woman from Hawaii arrives in a small town on Maine's coast. She wants nothing more than to write and sell her own book but the locals are not welcoming. The main character, Marjorie Parrish, is a single mom trying to escape her past and make a better life for herself and her daughter. This is one of the best books I have ever read!

It is a story of love and redemption set on the coast of Maine. In Cottage by the Sea, we see the protagonist through her own eyes - revealing all her thoughts, feelings, and struggles along the way in an effort to show us what life was like for them both before and after their marriage.
