Choppy Water Free Audiobook Download by Stuart Woods

The novel is about a lawyer and Environmental Law expert, who has just discovered his wife's infidelity. When the lawyer comes to a realization that he doesn't love his wife, he tries to find the one woman who was "the love of his life" from high school. All his memories of her had been gone for 30 years, but now all those memories are coming back to him and it's time for them to find each other and make things work, even if there are some bumps along the way.

The story of Choppy Water, the first novel written by Stuart Woods and published in 1991, is a compelling tale that follows the life of Mattie Winston. The book is narrated by Tony Roberts and is available for download on Amazon or Audible. It features a suspenseful plot with plenty of twists and turns to keep readers entertained.

[Zack] is a big-time movie producer who's looking for the next great American story when he discovers a script that tells the true story of a young boy and his sister who were apprehended by police at their house in 1975. Zack, who's always had Hollywood on his mind, convinces his production company to give them $1 million to make it into a movie - but they'll need to move fast because it's already been optioned by one of the big studios.

When Stuart Woods' new book, "Choppy Water," came out this summer, I've heard not a few good things about the audiobook. Generally speaking, though, I understand that a lot of people are put off by the narrator after hearing it. To be honest, the narrator sounds like he had an unfortunate encounter with a lawn mower and should buy some industrial grade earplugs. The thing is: Tony Roberts is actually one of my favorite narrators as well as one of my favorite books to listen to. So for me it was a given that I would jump at the chance to listen to "Choppy Water" on audiobook.

Stuart Woods writes about a character in Choppy Water, a P.I., who is trying to find out who killed his wife and stole his life savings. He spends most of the novel beating himself up for not only being stupid, but also making stupid decisions because he couldn't think straight. Throughout the course of the novel, Rock uses alcohol as a crutch and it almost always results in getting into trouble.

The audiobook is narrated by Tony Roberts, who pronounces the title in a way that sounds like shap-uh-kuh [short k] on the first syllable, and as choppy wa-ter [chop-uh] on the second.
