Bone Appetit Free Audiobook Download by Carolyn Haines

This audiobook is about one woman's experience of losing fifty pounds and how food, exercise, and friendship helped her to get there. It is a great book for women who are struggling with weight, or have lost weight recently and want to learn more about healthy eating.

In this audiobook, Carolyn Haines and Kate Forbes's voice combine beautifully in a story about a girl who is eager to find her new best friend. This audiobook was recommended by my mom and it was perfect for me!

One of the most beautifully written books about food I have ever read, this is a true story about three women in rural Scotland who share their love for bread and their knowledge of local cultures. The author first became interested in Scottish breadmaking when she was a child and even then loved to learn all the ways that different regions make bread special. I adore that the narrator, 'Kate Forbes,' shares how she loves bread so much because it's "a map to other cultures."

Bone Appetit is a unique book that is not just about cooking, but also about food culture around the world. It includes many recipes and stories from across the globe to help readers understand the role food plays in different cultures.

Kate Forbes was a private eye, when she was offered a job as an executive secretary in the world of crime. During her time there, she was partnered with Fitz, who seemed like a real jerk. There they learned some things that shaped their lives and led them to crime-fighting together. Kate became an expert in martial arts and Fitz became a master thief, they were the perfect team.

Deanna's life has been a fairy tale. She and her husband are successful, live in a beautiful home, and have two adorable children. But when her husband turns his back on her after a fight over money, Deanna realizes she's going to have to start shopping for another place to live. Spurred by the idea of independence, Deanna starts cooking from scratch, which leads to her starting up an online business as well as coming up with new recipes that are all vegetarian-friendly.
