Eventually, the police get nowhere and no one believes Lucy's story of what happened that night because they believe she was hiding something behind it all. So she begins to investigate on her own.

I am a Fiona Figg fan and I am listening to the audio version of this novel, which is narrated by Nikki Delgado [instead of Fiona]. The narrator sounds different than Fiona, but it's not a bad thing. It makes me feel as though I'm getting a brand new story.
