Besieged: Stories from The Iron Druid Chronicles Free Audiobook Download by Kevin Hearne

BESIEGED: Stories from The Iron Druid Chronicles is the twelfth collection of short stories in the long-running Iron Druid series by Kevin Hearne, and it's my favorite so far. Besieged is a special collection of stories because they were all chosen by a committee of fans to be made into audiobooks, but that doesn't make them any less good. On the contrary, it makes them the best because the narrator has an excellent voice for reading and acting these offbeat tales.

[Luke Daniels] is master at his craft as he narrates this book, as if these short stories were being told in person. Each story has its own unique quality and tone - no two are quite alike. Despite the variety of tales, what really shines through is the respect that [Luke Daniels] demonstrates for the original author and his work.

The Iron Druid Chronicles is a series of novels, and audiobook titles, written by Kevin Hearne. The series follows Atticus O'Sullivan, "The Iron Druid", as he travels around America to help humankind from spiritual and supernatural battles. In order to do this, he must rely on his shamanic Celtic powers and make new allies with the Druids of all types - modern Druids and ancient Druids.

Besieged: Stories from The Iron Druid Chronicles is a paperback book that collects the short stories and novellas from Kevin Hearne’s series. I really loved reading this book. It was a compilation of my favorite stories by Kevin Hearne, with new and old friends like Atticus O'Sullivan, Lorin Morgan-Richardson and his dad Oberon. I felt bad for those who didn't make it into this collection because there are some fantastic pieces of work in here. I highly recommend checking out this audiobook to listen to all the tales of old and new characters alike!

The Iron Druid Chronicles are a series of modern-day fantasy urban druid stories that follow the title character, Atticus O'Sullivan, who is known as the Iron Druid. Ten years before the start of the books, he left Ireland and became a New York-based private detective. When he has to leave for his own protection, he reluctantly takes his niece and nephew with him. Living in New York, Atticus soon learns that there is more to find than just the missing person cases that seem to be calling him; there is an ancient evil from Celtic mythology on the move and it's coming for his family.
