When To Fear The Living Free Audiobook Download by B.L. Brunnemer

The novel centers on the idea that a group of people living on Earth are immune to death. When one of their number commits a horrific crime, they must decide what to do about it.

The main character of the story, Cali Harper, has had a rough life. She learned to fear everything and everyone in her childhood, and has felt she must fight for her life from an early age. Now in her twenties, she is a single mom of two young girls with autism spectrum disorders, and takes whatever job she can find. The point of the story is that as much as it seems like there are things you must fear in your life- death, divorce, loss- sometimes the most hateful people are those who are trying to help you.

The audiobook is a quick listen, so you can get it done in under two hours. I loved the narration. It was very fluid and easy to connect with. The narrator did a great job of telling the story without draining all emotion from it. I loved how they used different voices and accents to show the different locations throughout this book.

When To Fear The Living is a frightening how-to guide to being prepared for the zombie apocalypse. All the best survival strategies are introduced, from teaching you the different types of zombies, to telling you which weapons are better than others against certain kinds of zombies and how to kill them. But it also includes advice on living with your family in a world that's gone mad.

When The Living was first published in 2006, it became a sensation and has since spawned three sequels as well as a movie franchise. The novel tells the story of Jackson Dolan, a veteran war reporter who is suddenly killed and experiences the afterlife for one day.

The result of Brunnemer's battle with depression and anxiety, When To Fear The Living tells the story from his perspective of what happened to him after he committed suicide. The audiobook is a collection of audio recordings of conversations between Brunneman and members of his family and friends, as well as moving letters that he wrote.
