In the beginning of this novel, you're introduced to a woman as she's unpacking from a long plane ride. As she struggles to put her life back together and makes her way through her apartment, she comes across a book that was left behind by someone who lived there before. The novel starts off with discovering the lost book and then goes on to tell about two people whose lives are changed forever when the woman finds the book - one of them is herself when she falls in love with the other.

I loved this audiobook so much. Just listening to Kristan Higgins voice and her soft, sweet southern accent made me love the book even more. As a new mom reading it I felt like I had my own story of "until there was you" where I could find happiness, love and be blessed with the coolest baby ever. It was one of those books that just fills your heart up with hope and love.

[Xe Sands] is the perfect narrator for this book. Her voice is soft and gentle, but still full of strength, making you believe that she truly cares about her characters. This audiobook was an easy listen if you're looking for a good, lighthearted romance novel to escape into.

Until There Was You is a contemporary romance novel that tells the story of a woman struggling to find herself after being abandoned by her husband. The book shares how the protagonist's life has changed in the wake of her divorce and how she was left with nothing but memories.
