This is a book that I would recommend for romance lovers. It has beautiful, strong characters, and this book is about them finding each other.

As Shadow grows up, he must learn to hide that he is different from everyone else so that he won't be killed by those who want to take over his kingdom.

The Warrior Heir is a book I thought I would enjoy because of the writing style. The author tells a story through her protagonist, Roar and we get to know him through his thoughts and feelings. The protagonist has a lot of flaws; he's not perfect, so I like how we're able to see that through his thoughts, and it makes me feel for him. The narrated audiobook is done by Robert Ramirez who does an amazing job with these different voices.
