The Silver Hand: Book Two in The Song of Albion Trilogy Free Audiobook Download by Stephen Lawhead
An ancient, heretical text has been found in the ruins of a Saxon monastery. It describes a magical silver hand that alludes to a time when hordes of demons attacked the world and nearly drove all humans to extinction. A lot of people are anxious to use this powerful artifact, but it doesn't work quite as they expected. The Silver Hand is the second installment of The Song of Albion Trilogy and though it was great on its own, it really shines once you've read Book One.
The Silver Hand is the second book in the Song of Albion Trilogy. This is a great story that offers many twists and turns. One of the moments that stood out to me was when Sigmund, one of the half-elves who is on a quest to free his father from an evil witch, encounters an angel sent by God to guide him. It was a moment where I realized how powerful God's presence could be in an already fantastical world.
This is the second book in Stephen Lawhead’s trilogy. The story begins with a quest to find and free the Silmaril, a light-blue-edged jewel that was lost when the world was created from its ashes. Albion's search for the Silmaril leads him to a perilous journey through darkness and despair.
