The Pagan Stone Free Audiobook Download by Nora Roberts
The Pagan Stone by Nora Roberts is a beautifully written and entertaining story about the need for magic in our world and how it can be restored. The narrator does an admirable job through her voice to create different voices for each character so that you can easily differentiate between them.
[The Pagan Stone] is the third book in the Magick or Madness trilogy. In this novel, we meet a psychic named Arabella and her sister Cat who are born with extraordinary powers. They don't know that their parents are witches and they've been raised to believe in the lore of white magick. When they find out that their father has sold them into slavery, they must escape with the help of a witch hunter named Gideon.
When I was a kid, it seemed like every other book I read was written by Nora Roberts. This audiobook is no exception. I love the way Dan John Miller reads with feeling and sometimes humor. His voice is so soothing and makes one think of summer days on a porch swing in my grandmother's garden.
A young woman and the son of an old friend stake out a treasure that has been buried for generations.
The Pagan Stone is a beautifully written tale of love and sacrifice told through the eyes of an Irish Druid woman named Seer. She's on a quest to find the real-life equivalent of the Pagan Stone, a legendary stone that reputedly turns all stones in its vicinity into gems. Seer comes across Dan John Miller's voice narrating her journey. He does an amazing job with the narration, bringing her world and that of the Tuatha de Dannan to life.
What begins as a fresh-faced young woman's first summer at camp, turns into a horrific nightmare of unspeakable horrors and unimaginable terror.
